Sales at Hotel Park City

We have a special interest in the Hotel Park City simply because, #1;it is absolutely one of the coolest places to stay in our year round four season resort. #2; is because Jess Reid Real Estate is ‘on premise’ assisting guests and REALTORS(r) who are interested in buying at the hotel.

Like other markets we still see a bit of an oversupply at Hotel Park City, but we’re please to announce seven new sales in the last 12 months. This is better than other hotel condominiums around town.

Hotel Park City is best described as “an all suite, whole-ownership condominium resort hotel.  This concept is a significant new development in the luxury vacation home market.  Hotel Park City successfully integrates a full range of personal services and amenities found only in the finest luxury hotels, with all the benefits of condominium ownership.”  As seen in the real estate FAQ page of the hotels website at  http://HotelParkCity.com

If you’ve stayed at the hotel lately, we’d love to hear about your experience.

Buyers are No Longer Waiting

“Buyers are No Longer Waiting” was a headline of an article posted in the most recent Park Record; after the Park City Board of Realtors® released their 2010 first quarter statistics. What is most compelling about these figures are the 244 sales in the Park City markets that we track. Those sales are a substantial increase of 132% up compared to the first quarter of 2009*. To view this chart and others visit our previouse post; and we would love to hear your comments.

Another great resource is http://ParkCityHousingFacts.com featuring the above news article in its entirety, along with numerous facts as to why we enjoy all things Park City.

Whether you enjoy spring time at home or in the park, we always look forward to hearing from you.

*Any statistical discrepancies in the reporting of sales data is simply the individual towns, within our service areas, chosen by the reporter to weigh in on.  If you would like a specific analysis of your area, neighborhood, or town, then please let us know.
