Bill Redeker Weighs in on the Montage

Our goal is always to keep everyone up to speed on all things Park City and we thought we’d start 2011 with the best of the Montage authored by Bill Redeker, The Ski to/Ski from Deer Valley Club, and Decembers best buy’s according to us.

Montage Deer Valley a luxury hotel and private residence development in Park City. Located in Empire Canyon, mid-mountain near the top of Deer Valley. The Montage is a self-contained, year-round mountain community offering 174 guest rooms and suites and 81 private residences.  For further details check out this link: http://greetingsfromthepark.wordpress.com/2010/12/15/montage-deer-valley

The Deer Valley Club is an elegant, private enclave owned by its members and operated for their enjoyment. The Club provides worry-free Deer Valley vacations by combining the advantages of resort home ownership with the services of a fine hotel.

It is no mistake that the Private Residence Club ownership has caught on. The Deer Valley Club offers huge savings over renting a vacation condo. Skip the hassle and negative cash flow associated with whole ownership of a resort condo.

February Best Buys  …………

A  2 bedroom/3 bath, 1409 square feet, fully furnished condo in lower Deer Valley.  The price is $489,000 and the big bonus….seller financing is available to qualified buyers.

Imagine three luxurious bedrooms, heated pool, and exercise facility, on premises restaurant/bar in upper Deer Valley just steps from the slopes for $275,000.

Picture yourself in your new home on the third fairway at Jeremy Ranch for $485,000? Golf memberships available for under $10,000.

Wondering about foreclosure opportunities?  How about the Spring Creek community and a four bedroom home priced “as is” for $299,000.

Thinking about building your own place in Promontory?  The best value today is in Bison Bluffs for $75,000.

Is ski to/ski from a priority?  Located in the ever popular Empire Pass neighborhood is a newer two bedroom condominium with hot tub, exercise facility and all the proper amenities for $995,000.
