REAL ESTATE SALES –According to The Western Mountain Resort Alliance, Park City trumps Vail in all properties sold for the first three quarters of 2010. CRÈME DE LA CRÈME – Grand opening of The Montage scheduled for Thursday, December 9th 2010 and what’s really cool is their hosting the public for a sneak peak Community Open House on Wednesday, December 8th 2010.
FOOD & BOOZE – The old Stew Pot location, in Deer Valley Plaza, turns into The Market Café this season serving soups sandwiches and pastries. The market Café will also offer up groceries, liquor, and wines … a first for lower Deer Valley.
