According to the Park City MLS the number of sales (Homes Lots and Condos) has increased by 22% this year when compared to last. Sundance Film Festival 2014 Celebrates
Today is the first day the Sundance Film Festival kicks off in Park City and Salt Lake City, Utah and runs until January 26th. But what you may not know…..this is its 30th year in paying tribute to those independent film makers. Congratulations to all those years and here is to many more to come.

- Park City Mountain Resort reporting 36” inches with 18 lifts and 100 runs open.
- Canyons reports 27” base, 124 trails open and 18 lift available to ride.
- Dear Valley weighs in at 39”of packed powder, 91 trails in use and all 21 lifts open.
