REDUCE YOUR CONDO INSURANCE.

Recently the Utah Legislature redefined the insurance responsibilities in condominium developments. The following brief mentions that in the past all owners were responsible to insure everything inside the walls of their units. You’ll still need some contents insurance; however now, according to the Legislature, your Homeowners Association (HOA) is responsible to insure inside the walls. (i.e. appliances, lighting, fixtures, interior walls/cabinetry and surfaces, etc.). Check out the information and reconfirm with your insurance agent. Condominium and HOA Insurance
