The first quarter of 2018 remains healthy after a strong 2017 year but has stabilized due to many factors in the market, including;
1. Low inventory in certain price ranges and areas
2. Desirability in new construction
3. The recent sale of Deer Valley Resort
4. More interest in areas such as Heber and Kamas because they offer ‘more bang for your buck’.
